COVID-19 Reopening Policies

As we prepare to reopen the facility for the fall ice skating season, we want to make everyone aware of our new policies and procedures surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic.  Below, you may find a link to our full set of policies, procedures and expectations for both our guests and our employees when we reopen.

Some of the policy highlights include the following commonly asked provisions:

  • All guests must wear a mask over their nose & mouth while in the facility.
  • All guests should maintain social distancing of 6 ft. or greater while in the facility.
  • On-ice ice hockey players may remove their mask while on the ice.  A mask is recommended if social distancing cannot be maintained.
  • Coaches must wear a mask at all times, including on the ice during practices.
  • Guests must enter & exit the facility within no more than 15 minutes prior to or after their scheduled ice time.
  • Guests must enter through the front door & exit through one of our side doors.  Do not use the front doors as an exit.  Do not enter using the side doors.
  • Locker rooms will not be open.  Participants must arrive dressed, with the exception of skates & helmets.  Basic socially distanced seating will be provided to put your skates on.
  • Players 17 & under are permitted only 1 accompanying adult.  Spectators for players 18 & older are not permitted.
  • The drinking fountain will be turned off.  You must supply your own hydration.
  • Occupancy is limited to 50% at any area of the facility.  Some facility areas are smaller than others and 50% occupancy must be maintained in each area.
  • Hand sanitizer stations & signage will be present in the building to help reenforce these guidelines.

These guidelines are subject to change at any time as the pandemic situation changes.  We understand that these guidelines are much different than anything we've had in previous years.  We ask that you please respect these guidelines so we can ensure the facility remains open for everyone to enjoy throughout the skating season.  We look forward to the days when these guidelines may no longer be necessary.
